The post holder provides support to the Examinations Manager in the areas of customer service, examinations administration and finance and implements and assures security of exam materials according to standards for each exam. He/she also handles enquiries & complaints from customers, negotiates & books venues for exams which meet agreed standards, demonstrates value for money and ensures a sufficient number of effectively trained staff is available for each test administration.
