Provide technical support on all planning related matters to the Minister and other high level officials of the Ministry of Education

Provide support to the effective and efficient coordination and monitoring of all donor funded projects in education 

Assume overall responsibility for the successful utilisation of available funds by soliciting initiatives and supporting the proposal development process.  

Act as a focal person for the Education Technical Working Group (ETWG).
